NooS Engineering was founded in 2025 as a natural evolution of an international track record in the MEP sector.

Our goal: to offer rigorous, collaborative, and solution-oriented detailed engineering that seamlessly integrates technical expertise, design, and client needs.

Óscar González

Óscar is an electrical engineer with over 15 years of experience in the design and management of building systems for residential, commercial, and cultural projects.

He has worked on large-scale developments in Monaco, Kenya, Brazil, Spain, and the United Kingdom, leading the electrical and MEP design of shopping centers, office towers, and mixed-use complexes.

He has been part of leading companies in the sector, coordinating teams and ensuring integrated, high-performance solutions.

As co-founder and director of NooS Engineering, he promotes a collaborative, innovative approach focused on energy efficiency and interdisciplinary coordination.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of A Coruña and a Master's degree in Renewable Energies. He complements his training with an HND in Building Services, providing a solid technical and strategic foundation for the development of sustainable building projects.

Noemí Casal

Noemí is an industrial engineer specializing in mechanical systems (HVAC), with over 10 years of international experience in the UK, Portugal, and Spain.

Her work combines a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability with effective coordination between architecture, structural engineering, and the other project disciplines.

She has participated in projects of varying scales—from high-end homes to student residences, hotels, offices, residential buildings, laboratories, and industrial complexes—leading the design of ventilation, heating, cooling, and domestic hot water systems.

She has extensive experience in thermal calculations, energy simulations, and mechanical system design. She is an expert user of Tekton, Design Builder, and Revit.

As co-founder and director of NooS Engineering, she promotes integrated, coordinated, and environmentally responsible design.

She is an Industrial Engineer specializing in energy, with international training from the Technical University of Berlin, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and a specialization in HVAC from ATECYR.

In collaboration with Moll Architects and Sandford Developments, NooS has developed the complete MEP design for three high-end single-family homes.

The project incorporates MVHR (medium-density hybrid air conditioning), ASHP R290 heat pumps, a photovoltaic system, electric vehicle charging points, and a comprehensive home automation system, all carefully coordinated to maintain the quality of the finishes and the overall architectural coherence.

In collaboration with Moll Architects and Sandford Developments.

NooS has developed the complete MEP design for Orchard House, a residential complex of 14 units conceived to achieve high standards of sustainability and efficiency for rental properties.

The project integrates a GSHP geothermal system, mechanical ventilation with MVHR, and a façade and interiors designed to maximize thermal mass, improving energy performance and interior comfort.

A photovoltaic system connected to the central plant has also been implemented, along with a greywater recycling system and a wastewater heat recovery system, optimizing both operational efficiency and reducing overall energy consumption.

The coordination of all these systems has been carried out while maintaining architectural coherence, functional balance, and the client's sustainability objectives, delivering a building prepared to offer stable and efficient long-term performance.
